How I work

1. Briefing
Completing a short questionnaire in order for me to understand better your needs
2. Personalized Offer for Services
If your needs do not fit our standard package (i.e. 1-day wedding, events up to 100 guests), I will send you a personalized services & fee package. For our standard package, please read our brochure.
3. Discovery Call
Free 30/60-minute videocall to set the foundation for our collaboration, by ensuring alignment of expectations and clarity on how I can assist you, as well as my wedding planning tools, communication & meetings, etc.
4. Contracts
I will take care of contractual details (agreement, data protection, invoice, deposit payment, installments)
5. Welcome Kit
You will receive my welcome kit consisting of access to my wedding planning tools.
6. Wedding Planning
I start the wedding planning process for you. For a detailed description of my standard services and package (that I can adapt for each of you, upon your request), please read my brochure.

WHAT YOU PAY

The price of the event planning service depends on the complexity of each event. The fee for the full planning services (taking into consideration a wedding up to 100 persons) is of 10% of your wedding budget but no less than 3,500 Euro. No extra fee is added for travel or accommodation. Please read my brochure.
Special packages only for venue search or on-day coordination are available for a reduced price, upon request.
