Julia helped us create our wedding concept and took care of everything to the smallest detail.
She was very patient and always available to answer our questions. I think we had at least 6-7 calls of 60-90 minutes each several visits to the venue.
I liked that she never insisted on anything and it seemed to me that she was always looking out for our interests. She fought for us in certain situations.
We had a very good collaboration and we were glad to have met her.

Our wedding was wonderful because of her. We had many adventures, creative ideas and beautiful moments. Julia was always there to listen to us, to give us advice and especially a solution to any problem that arose.
She was not only my wedding planner, she was my best friend who I could write to at any time of the day or night.

We spoke with her in December, I was ok pushing our wedding till April/May 2025, my husband wanted to have the wedding sooner, so we aimed for September 2024, so we had less than 9 months to have everything done. We spoke with Julia, told her we are planning to have a wedding in Barcelona, in the next week we had a list of 20+ venues that she found for us, in 3 days we were on the flight to Spain and locked in the venue during the trip. She spoke with every venue, provided us the times and dates of each venue scheduled for a tour, all we had to do was just show up.
She is a spreadsheet maniac which is PERFECT because I am not lol super organized, was on me the entire time because we are always busy and Julia kept messaging me and giving me tasks to do, like paying vendors, review DJs, pick the inspos, everything! She was my ‘wedding’ mom that kept giving me homeworks 🙂 I swear we really wouldn’t be married if it wasn’t for her.
I could go on and on about how incredible this woman is, and this was all done with a 7 hr difference. I just told her what I want, and Julia, with her instinct, experience and perfect understanding of brides need, made it reality (because let’s be honest – grooms don’t care about anything). During the wedding, whatever I needed, before I even opened my mouth, she already had it done, handled, planned and prepared.
Julia, you are an absolute GEM! We love you so much, we appreciate everything you have done, we appreciate your love for what you do, because your care and passion shows, we wish you many more happy couples and international weddings. Thank you so much, you are absolutely amazing!
You had the same vision as me, you understood perfectly what we wanted, you gave us the best advice and, if at one point I “defended myself”, you understood and did not insist that “it’s better this way” as you said.
You are a true professional, as I told you before, you adapted perfectly to our needs and desires, you showed involvement, understanding, creativity and a lot of patience (I admit that in my case it is necessary)!

We organized together two of the most important events in our lives ~ the wedding and the baptism of our boy. Both events were complex, with many details and an elaborate program.
